Deoxidized Copper by Phosphor Wire
Introduction
The raw material of phosphorus deoxidized copper wire is copper with a high phosphorus concentration and a trace amount of phosphorus remaining. Since phosphorus will drastically reduce the conductivity of copper, phosphorus deoxidized copper is generally used as the structural material. If it is used as a conductor, low residual phosphorus deoxidized copper should be selected.

Application
Used as gasoline or gas conveying pipe, drain pipe, condensate pipe, mine pipe, condenser, evaporator, heat exchanger, train box parts. Phosphorus deoxidized copper uses phosphorus to remove oxygen in copper. Now, TP2 grades are mostly used. The copper content is above 99.90% and the phosphorus content is between 0.015 and 0.040%. Its conductivity decreases, but its solderability is better.
