Deoxidized Copper by Phosphor Tube
Introduction
Phosphorus deoxidized copper tube is generally smelted by power frequency cored induction furnace. High temperature pure copper suction is strong, smelting as far as possible to reduce the origin of gas, and the use of charcoal calcined over to cover and increase the appropriate phosphorus deoxidation copper.

Application
Used as gasoline or gas conveying pipe, drain pipe, condensate pipe, mine pipe, condenser, evaporator, heat exchanger, train box parts. TP2 phosphorus deoxidized copper has good welding performance and cold bending performance, and generally has no "hydrogen disease" tendency. It can be processed and used in a reducing atmosphere, but it is not suitable for processing and use in an oxidizing atmosphere. The residual phosphorus content of TP1 is less than that of TP2, so its electrical and thermal conductivity is higher than that of TP2.
