Precautions for processing tungsten copper sheet

Tungsten-copper sheet, a metal material, is a two-phase structure pseudo-alloy mainly composed of tungsten and copper elements. It is a metal matrix composite material. Due to the great difference in physical properties between metal tungsten and tungsten, it cannot be produced by the melting and casting method, and is generally obtained by powder alloy technology.
The tungsten copper sheet is prepared by powder metallurgy. The actual process flow is: ingredient mixing, pressing and forming, sintering, melting and infiltration, and cold working. The precautions for the shape of the product are that the appearance of the tungsten copper product after milling machine shaping, lathe shaping, and grinding machine processing is different, which is actually a normal phenomenon.
When processing tungsten copper sheets, there are corresponding precautions that need to be known. For example, when cutting tungsten copper alloys to make sharp corners and thin walls, defects may occur due to impact or excessive processing load force. When tungsten-copper-silver-tungsten alloy products are cut through holes, attention should be paid to the feed load force when the through holes are about to be cut to avoid machining defects.
The tungsten copper plate is non-magnetic, and it is necessary to confirm that the product has been fixed firmly before operation. Electric discharge machining, wire cutting tungsten copper products discharge and wire cutting speed is relatively slow, this is a normal phenomenon. The alloy composed of tungsten and copper, the copper content of the commonly used alloy is 10%-50%, and the alloy is prepared by powder method, which has good electrical and thermal conductivity, good high temperature and certain plasticity.
