QSn6.5-O.1: It has high strength, elasticity, wear resistance and anti-magnetic properties, and it has good processing performance in hot and cold states; good welding and brazing properties (submerged arc welding and electroslag welding are not suitable); cutting Good performance; good corrosion resistance in the atmosphere and fresh water; good castability. It is widely used in the manufacture of elastic components, wear-resistant parts and anti-magnetic parts in precision instruments. QSn6.5-O.4: high strength, hardness, high elasticity and wear resistance; no sparks when impacted; good corrosion resistance in the atmosphere, fresh water and sea water; easy to weld; can be punched and molded , stretching, bending and other processing can also be processed in the hot state, but the hot cracking tendency is larger. It is widely used in the instrumentation manufacturing industry, mainly for the manufacture of elastic components, wear-resistant parts and metal meshes.
QSn7-O.2: high strength, hardness, high elasticity and wear resistance; high corrosion resistance in the atmosphere, fresh water and sea water; easy to weld; can be processed by stamping, molding, stretching, bending, etc. , can also be hot processed. Mainly used to manufacture wear-resistant parts and structural parts that work under medium load and moderate sliding speed, such as anti-wear washers, bearings, bushings, turbines, etc.; can also manufacture springs, reeds and other mechanical and electrical parts
QSn4-O.3: high strength, hardness, elasticity; excellent corrosion resistance and fatigue performance; good cold and hot workability, can be processed by stretching, bending, flattening, shearing and other methods. It mainly manufactures flat tubes and round tubes of various sizes, which are used as elastic sensitive components in control measuring instruments and other equipment.
QSn4-4-4: high strength, excellent friction resistance and cutting performance, good welding performance and corrosion resistance. It is not suitable for cold and hot processing. Mainly used to manufacture friction-bearing parts, such as bushings, discs and liners for bushings, etc.
QSn4-4-2.5: high strength, excellent friction resistance and cutting performance and good welding performance; good corrosion resistance in the atmosphere and fresh water. It is not suitable for cold and hot processing. It is mainly used to manufacture friction-bearing parts in aviation, automobile and other industrial sectors, such as cylinder piston pin bushings, inner linings of bearing box bushings, auxiliary connecting rod bushings, discs and washers, etc.
