Copper rod forming process and process

Before introducing the copper rod forming process and process, what are the metal forming processes?
1. Metal solidification and forming is customarily called casting. Casting is a process in which molten metal is poured, injected or inhaled into a mold cavity, and after it solidifies, a casting with a certain shape and performance is obtained.
2. Metal plastic forming is a processing method that uses the plastic deformation ability of metal materials to produce expected plastic deformation of metal materials under the action of external forces to obtain parts or blanks with certain shape, size and mechanical properties. Its process can often be divided into free forging, die forging, sheet metal stamping, extrusion, pressing, etc. Its properties are commonly used in engineering to express the forgingability of metals. The quality of forging is often measured by the plasticity and deformation resistance of the metal. If the plasticity is high and the deformation resistance is good, the forgeability is good; otherwise, the forgeability is poor.
3. Metal welding forming process. Welding is a forming method in which metal materials achieve atomic bonding by heating or pressing or both, with or without filler materials. The usual classifications are fusion welding, pressure welding, and brazing.
What are the copper rod forming processes? There are many copper rod forming processes, including extrusion, rolling, continuous casting, stretching, etc.
The copper rod forming process? There are three kinds of copper rod forming process, as follows
1. Pressing-(rolling)-stretching-(annealing)-finishing-finished products.
2. Continuous casting (upper lead, horizontal or wheel type, crawler type, dipping)-(rolling)-stretching-(annealing)-finishing-finished product
3. Continuous extrusion-stretching-(annealing)-finishing-finished products.
