4. The surrounding position of the anchor bolts is generally from bottom to top, from back to front, from left to right, as uniform as possible. When the copper bar is placed horizontally, the bolts and nuts for connection should be tightened from bottom to top. In other cases, the nuts should be installed on the side that is convenient for maintenance.

5. There must be flat washers on both sides of the anchor bolts connecting the copper bars, and spring washers or clamping seal rings must be added on the nut side. . There must be a distance of more than 2 mm between the adjacent bolt seals to prevent the equivalent circuit from being overheated.

6. Under normal circumstances, it is not suitable for three copper bars to be overlapped in one place, and the actual situation is based on the design plan and process documents.

7. The surface of the copper bar should be closely connected. The connecting anchor bolts should be tightened and marked with a torque wrench, and the connecting component screws should be tightened and marked with a torque batch.

8. The installation of the copper bar should be flat and beautiful, and when the copper bar is installed: horizontal section: the deviation of the height-to-width ratio of the two fulcrums should not exceed 2mm, and the total length should not exceed 11mm.

9. When two copper bars with rectangular frames are connected in series, ensure that there is no less than a thick gap between the series copper bars to facilitate the heat dissipation of the heat pipe
