Characteristics and Application of Chromium Zirconium Copper

Chromium zirconium copper (CuCrZr) chemical composition (mass fraction) % (Cr: 0.1-0.8, Zr: 0.3-0.6) hardness (HRB78-83) conductivity 43ms/m softening temperature 550 ℃ Chromium zirconium copper features high strength And hardness, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, wear resistance and wear resistance are good, after aging treatment, the hardness, strength, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity are significantly improved, easy to weld. Widely used in motor commutators, spot welders, seam welders, and other parts that require strength, hardness, conductivity, and guide pad properties at high temperatures.

The electric spark can erode a relatively ideal mirror surface, and at the same time, it has good upright performance, and can achieve the effects that are difficult to achieve with pure red copper such as thinning. Chromium zirconium copper has good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, high hardness, wear resistance, explosion resistance, crack resistance and high softening temperature, less loss during welding, fast welding speed, and low total welding cost. It is suitable for the relevant pipe fittings of fusion welding machines , but the performance of electroplating workpiece is average. Application This product is widely used in various materials for welding, contact tips, switch contacts, die blocks, and welding machine auxiliary devices in the machinery manufacturing industries such as automobiles, motorcycles, and barrels (cans). Specifications Bars and plates are complete in specifications and can be customized according to customer requirements.
Quality requirements:
1. Use an eddy current conductivity meter for conductivity measurement. The average value of three points is ≥44MS/M2. The hardness is based on the Rockwell hardness standard, and the average value of three points is ≥78HRB. Compared with the original hardness after quenching water cooling, the hardness cannot be reduced by more than 15%.
